Suitable for medium to large sized vertical milling machines with two sizes of polycarbonate screen. Mounted on an adjustable articulated arm, there are two “swivel joints” monitored by safety micro switches.
To counter the weight of this large sized screen, a “gas strut” counterbalance kit, Model PMG 60/185 is available which allows the first friction joint to be backed off thus making frequent adjustments of this friction joint lighter for the operator.
Additional arm arrangements are optionally available for special screen requirements including a double arm option for especially heavy non standard screens.
Normally supplied for mounting on the left side of the machine with the ordering suffix of ../SX but also available for the right hand side of the machine with the ordering suffix of …/DX.
